All tickets are non-refundable. Tickets will only be exchanged or refunded at the sole discretion of Tulleys Farm partnership.

Additional Needs Visitors 

Visitors with the following documentation are entitled to one free carer ticket mirroring the full price purchased ticket. Documentation must be presented with valid Photo I.D.

Disability Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance Award Letter (Dated within last 6 months) 

Personal Independence Payment Letter (Dated within the last 6 months) 

Current and Valid Blue badge 

A Headed Letter from GP or Consultant (Dated within the Last 6 months) confirming the need for a full time 
carer.
