WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT?
We are looking for part time staff to work in this fun and creative environment. Your role will be an escape room host. You will have a passion for puzzles and the entertainment industry combined with exceptional customer service as you will be greeting customers on an hourly basis.
You will be observing each group for the duration of their experience on CCTV Cameras. When certain puzzles are completed you will open certain locks from the main control switch board. You will also be helping when visitors they get stuck on puzzles or need some entertainment!
At the end of each game you will need to debrief customers and provide feedback on how their experience went and find out a little bit about them.
There is an allocated time slot between each group where you will need to learn to reset the room. This must be done thoroughly to ensure the room is reset exactly the same way as it was before to avoid any confusion for the next set of visitors.
